A Solar Project Work Business Development Executive (BDE) drives company growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new solar rooftop or utility-scale EPC projects. They conduct market research, lead client negotiations, analyze energy needs (ROI), and convert leads into orders, typically managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients (Industrial/Commercial), generate leads, and conduct site visits to evaluate energy consumption patterns.
Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare techno-commercial proposals, analyze ROI, and negotiate deal terms to close solar rooftop or EPC projects.
Client Management: Act as a bridge between the client and the technical/projects team to ensure smooth execution, from initial enquiry to final installation.
Strategic Growth: Develop partnerships, track market trends, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and follow-ups in CRM software.
