Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to accelerate business growth for our premium portfolio of herbal extracts, essential oils, and carrier oils. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities across the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries. You will manage existing client relationships and achieve strategic sales targets to expand our footprint throughout the domestic Pan-India market.

Key Responsibilities:-

ness Development: Identify and onboard new B2B clients, including manufacturers in the skincare, ayurvedic, and nutraceutical sectors.

Generation: Conduct market research to find potential leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry trade shows.

unt Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributors and bulk buyers to ensure repeat orders and long-term partnerships.

tiation & Closing: Handle inquiries, provide accurate price quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals.

et Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging demands for specific herbal extracts or essential oils.

rting: Maintain updated records in the CRM and provide weekly sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:-

*Education: Bachelors degree in any field.

*Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales or relevant experience, preferably in the herbal, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry.

*Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi; excellent negotiation and presentation skills are essential.

*Soft Skills: Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.

Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (., Salesforce, Zoho).
