Business Development Executive (1-5 Years)

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Agartala. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying New Business Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends to discover potential leads and generate interest in our services. This involves studying competitor strategies and understanding customer needs.

- Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Establish strong professional relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. Regular follow-ups and meetings are essential to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Preparing and Presenting Proposals: Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs, articulating the value of our services. This requires good communication skills and the ability to engage the client throughout the process.

- Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to share insights and feedback from clients. Collaboration ensures that our offerings meet evolving client preferences.

- Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the management. This necessitates effective time management and a results-driven approach.
