job title: sales specialist - upwork and direct sales (it products)

key responsibilities

1. upwork sales

- identify and target potential clients on upwork who require it products and services.

- create compelling proposals, respond to client inquiries, and negotiate contracts to secure new projects.

- build and maintain strong client relationships on the upwork platform.

- achieve sales targets and revenue goals through upwork projects.

2. direct sales (it products):

- prospect, identify, and reach out to potential clients in the it industry (some data will be provided)

- understand client needs and provide tailored it product solutions.

- develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

- close sales deals by effectively communicating the value of our products.

- meetings with client (local / overseas)

- collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and follow up on opportunities.

3. client relationship management:

- provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

- address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive client experience.

- continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling it products.

qualifications

- proven track record of successful sales experience in both upwork and direct sales for it products.

- strong knowledge of it products, services, and industry trends.

- exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

- self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
