key responsibilities:

identify & develop new business opportunities research and engage with potential schools and education institutions.

lead generation & client acquisition approach decision-makers (principals, school administrators) to introduce classess' academic solutions.

relationship management build and maintain long-term relationships with schools and educational stakeholders.

sales & revenue growth drive sales performance and contribute to revenue goals through effective selling techniques.

market research & competitor analysis stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities.

collaboration with teams work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales efforts.

negotiation & deal closure lead discussions, present proposals, and finalize agreements with schools.
