Alencure Biotech is hiring a Business Development Executive for our PCD Pharma Franchise division. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and promoting our PCD Pharma products to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and develop new PCD Pharma Franchise business.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Freshers are welcome; experience in PCD Pharma Sales will be an added advantage.
