Job Role & Responsibilities

Manage daily branch operations

Handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing

Support account opening and KYC verification

Process NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / fund transfers

Ensure banking compliance and audit requirements

Maintain branch records and documentation

Resolve customer queries and service requests

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Monitor transaction accuracy and reduce operational errors

Support branch staff and maintain service quality
