Branch Operations Executive - Axis Bank Job Role

A Branch Operations Executive (BOE) at Axis Bank is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer account opening, KYC verification, and account maintenance.

Process cash and non-cash transactions (cheque clearing, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, DD, etc.).

Assist customers with debit cards, cheque books, internet banking, and mobile banking services.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with RBI and bank policies.

Maintain branch records, reports, and operational registers.

Resolve customer queries and provide prompt service.

Support branch audits and operational risk management.

Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of banking operations and MS Office.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
