Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team at Lokankara Business Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our products/services to customers, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information promptly.

Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.

Maintain a database of calls and customer interactions.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Report daily progress to the team leader/manager.

Key Skills Required:

Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as per requirement].

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Ability to convince and handle rejections professionally.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
