key responsibilities:

business development & sales leadership:

o formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the

bengaluru market and achieve aggressive sales targets.

o actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the

commercial and corporate segments, including corporate offices, it parks,

hospitality, and retail spaces.

o build a strong sales pipeline by generating leads through professional

networking, direct client visits, and industry events.

client engagement & technical consultation:

o serve as the trusted advisor for clients, presenting our products and solutions

to architects, lighting consultants, electrical contractors, and other key

stakeholders.

o develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the

unique value proposition of itvis products, focusing on energy savings, smart

control, and improved user experience.

o collaborate with clients to understand their project specifications and design

custom lighting solutions using our product portfolio.

relationship management & account growth:

o cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and

influencers in the bengaluru design and construction community.

o drive business growth from existing clients through up-selling and cross-

selling our range of products.

o proactively address client inquiries and ensure a smooth sales process from the

initial meeting to post-sales support.

market intelligence & reporting:

o stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new

technologies in the smart building and lighting industry in bengaluru.

o maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and

pipeline status in the company's crm system.

o provide timely and detailed sales reports and market feedback to the

management team to inform strategic decisions.

skills and qualifications:

experience:

o minimum of 5 years of experience in b2b project sales within the lighting,

building materials, or building automation sector.

o demonstrated success in selling to a diverse clientele, including architects,

consultants, and large corporates in the bengaluru market.

knowledge:

o in-depth knowledge of led lighting products, applications, and the project

sales cycle.

o technical understanding ofsensors, lighting controllers, and intelligent

lighting systemsis a strong preference.

o familiarity with creating and presenting energy audit and roi proposals.

attributes:

o a proactive and self-motivated professional with an established network in the

bengaluru market.

o exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

o results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales

targets.

o ability to work independently and manage a sales territory with a high degree

of autonomy.
