1) Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for rooms, banquets and conference revenue.
2) Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of corporate accounts, travel trade partners in Mumbai markets.
3) Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations and on-site inspections at the resort.
4) Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and trade events.
5) Negotiate rates, prepare proposals and close contracts in line with the property's pricing and revenue strategy.
6) Coordinate with Front Office, Banquets, F&B and Operations to ensure smooth execution of bookings and guest experience.
7) Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
8) Maintain accurate records in the property's sales/CRM system and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
9) Represent the property at travel fairs, exhibitions and industry networking events as required.
10) Existing network of corporate, and travel trade contacts in the Mumbai markets.
11) Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
12) Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with hotel sales/CRM tools desirable.
13) Willingness to travel for client meetings; UDR will pay towards conveyance.
