Job Description

Develop and manage sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the assigned region.

Identify new business opportunities and grow client base in printing and packaging sectors (., FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing).

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients; ensure timely support and satisfaction.

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, design) to fulfill client requirements.

Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Handle pricing negotiations, contracts, and account closing.
