primary responsibilities:

team management:

lead and manage a team of sales representatives or executives.

set sales targets and monitor performance.

sales strategy:

develop and implement area-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

customer relationship management:

build strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

reporting & analysis:

track area performance using kpis (., revenue, growth, market penetration).

prepare reports for senior management.

training & development:

onboard and train new team members.

conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.

budgeting & forecasting:

manage the area's sales budget.

forecast future sales and plan resources accordingly.
