Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track area performance using KPIs (., revenue, growth, market penetration).
Prepare reports for senior management.
Training & Development:
Onboard and train new team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Manage the area's sales budget.
Forecast future sales and plan resources accordingly.
