Primary Responsibilities:Team Management:Lead and manage a team of sales representatives or executives.Set sales targets and monitor performance.Sales Strategy:Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.Customer Relationship Management:Build strong relationships with key clients and distributors.Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.Reporting & Analysis:Track area performance using KPIs (e.g., revenue, growth, market penetration).Prepare reports for senior management.Training & Development:Onboard and train new team members.Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching.Budgeting & Forecasting:Manage the area's sales budget.Forecast future sales and plan resources accordingly.
