Key Responsibilities:
-Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for tea products
-Appoint, manage, and support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
-Lead and supervise field sales executives/promoters
-Increase market penetration and brand visibility in the assigned area
-Plan schemes, promotions, and sampling activities
-Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
-Ensure proper stock availability and order management
-Handle payment collections and outstanding follow-ups
-Prepare sales reports and territory performance analysis
