Key Responsibilities;-
1. Sales & Market Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for AAC Blocks in Mizoram.
- Identify and develop new customers (contractors, builders, government departments, and private projects).
- Generate demand by promoting AAC blocks to engineers, architects, and consultants.
- Drive product penetration into government and institutional projects.
2. Channel Expansion & Management
- Appoint and manage dealers/sub-dealers across Aizawl and other districts of Mizoram.
- Support channel partners with schemes, offers, and branding activities.
- Ensure smooth supply, order booking, and timely collections from the market.
3. Customer Relationship & Technical Support
- Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, and government officials.
- Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and training sessions for masons & contractors.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities (pricing, schemes, dealer network, and projects).
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market updates.
- Coordinate with logistics and plant teams for smooth order execution.
Key Skills Required;-
1. Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
2. Experience in sales of building materials (Cement, Steel, Bricks, Tiles, Blocks preferred).
3. Ability to establish dealer networks and institutional business.
4. Willingness to travel extensively across Mizoram.
5. Market knowledge of Mizoram (local language will be an advantage).
