We are seeking an enthusiastic Airport Ticketing Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in the travel and aviation y Responsibilities:nn- Ticket Booking: Assist customers in booking flight tickets, ensuring accurate information and prompt - Customer Service: Address inquiries and provide information about travel schedules, policies, and ticket changes in a friendly - Documentation: Manage and process travel documents, including tickets and itineraries, while maintaining high - Coordination: Collaborate with airlines and other travel agencies to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any - Record Keeping: Maintain records of ticket sales and customer interactions for accurate reporting and follow-quired Skills and Expectations:nnThe ideal candidate should have completed their 12th grade and possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
