We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff at the Pune airport. This role is ideal for those looking to start their careers in the aviation industry, with a maximum of five years of experience required. A minimum educational qualification of 12th pass is y responsibilities include:nn- Customer Service: Assist passengers with inquiries, provide information on flights, and address any concerns to ensure a smooth travel n- Check-in Procedures: Manage the check-in process, verifying passenger documents, and ensuring luggage is properly tagged to n- Boarding Assistance: Help facilitate the boarding process, ensuring that passengers enter the aircraft efficiently and - Luggage Handling: Oversee baggage loading and unloading, ensuring all luggage is handled with care and delivered - Emergency Protocols: Be prepared to implement safety measures and protocols in case of emergencies to guarantee the safety of passengers and ndidates are expected to possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as customer interaction is a significant part of the role. A good understanding of teamwork and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Reliability and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving will contribute to smooth operations at the airport. This full-time position requires employees to work from the office and engage directly with passengers daily.
