We are seeking a dedicated Airport Executive to join our team in Kota, India. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience and a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass. nnKey Responsibilities:nn1. Passenger Assistance: Provide friendly and efficient support to passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival processes, ensuring a smooth travel . Check-In Operations: Facilitate check-in procedures by verifying passenger information, issuing boarding passes, and managing baggage checks to maintain . Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to enhance customer . Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations at the airport, including monitoring passenger movements and enforcing . Coordination with Airlines: Collaborate closely with various airlines and other airport departments to ensure operational efficiency and timely flight quired Skills and Expectations:nnThe ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential for this role.
