Accounts Head (Fresher)

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Head to oversee financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making. This includes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals. Monitor spending and provide insights for cost control.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting professional growth and ensuring high-quality work standards.

- Compliance: Ensure that all financial practices comply with legal regulations and internal policies to maintain integrity in financial operations.

- Audits: Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process, ensuring timely completion and resolution of any issues that arise.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flows to maintain the financial health of the organization. Ensure enough funds are available for operational needs.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a degree in accounting or finance, with 0-3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical skills are essential to interpret complex financial data. Candidates must possess excellent communication abilities to clearly explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Familiarity with accounting software and tools is a plus.
