We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. This role combines administrative support with basic accounting responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and comfortable working with accounting software and office systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and office filing
Maintain records, documents, and reports
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Support HR tasks such as attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
Accounting Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Process invoices, bills, and payments
Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
Prepare and maintain reports related to accounts payable/receivable
Support monthly and yearly financial closing processes
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (. Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
