Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the assigned channel (Gtechniq) Responsible to manage P & L for the respective assigned channel Bring new clients on board. Ensure timely reporting/reports submissions to upper management or as and when asked for by management Keep monthly updated stock list ready in records

Endeavor to meet & exceed new franchise development sales targets for the period. Calling on leads assigned & follow up management Co-ordinate via visit/on-call with prospects to explain advantages of franchise business, services to be rendered, costs, location, financial arrangements etc. Liaison with various department like customer support, Franchise execution team, logistic, accounts, legal etc. for the smooth functioning. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections maintaining of CRM database as per company process Co-ordinate with customer for pre-launch activities such as studio set-up, initial material dispatch, franchise agreement, payment follow up etc. Maintain and develop good relationships with prospects through personal contact via telephone & meetings etc. Nurture relationships with existing franchisees and support their new store development plans. Ensuring that franchise stores comply with regulations. Preparing reports and submitting them to management as and when required Develop strong product and its technical knowledge. Collecting feedback as well as analyse & study market trends, Competition and discover new opportunities for growth

Translate yearly sales forecast into griege fabric and requirements.Participate in budget/cost development with accounting and finances department.Prepare production schedule and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality goals are met.Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to prevent operational delays.Ensure materials are requisitioned on time to support production schedule.Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.Ensure line associates follow established manufacturing process and safety practices.Work with the HR team on any employee relations issues.Ensure operations are fully staffed per manufacturing schedule
