Job Description

• maintain vendor material inward bill verification and approval tat for all the sites

• manage team of entire onsite executive and ensure adherence to stock maintain and management as per company policy on site

• maintain material handling process and adhere to company policy

• maintain materials qc policy and adhere as per company rules and regulations

• manage and co-ordinate for inter site material transfer management and record keeping

• ensure & maintain on time material availability on site as per po and company policy

• conduct materials audit

• ensure on time reporting and records management at every site store department.

• ensure timely reporting/reports submissions to upper management or as and when asked for by management

• keep monthly updated stock list ready in records
