The responsibility and role of the Architect could include any of the below, for projects at different stages of its cycle:i. Understand the project and develop design options. Should also have understanding of the DCR, as applicable. ii. Should be able to formulate the design and present for review & discussion.iii. Prepare and develop required drawings, as necessary to convey the design intent. iv. Co-ordinate with different consultants as required to arrive to an integrated design.v. Prepare the working drawings of the project.

The responsibility and role of the 3D Visualizer could include any of the below, for projects at different stages of its cycle:1. Understand the project and develop views options on sketch, as applicable. 2. Ability to fully understand and follow oral and written instructions.3. Should be able to develop the views and present for review & discussion.4. Modeling Texturing & Lighting the Exterior & Interior5. Making & finalizing PSD for both Exterior and interior view6. Preparing 2D floor plan presentations, layout presentations, Presentation Formats 7. Enhancing images and adding special effects.8. Creating 3D walk-through, fly-through and 360 Panorama in artistic fields.9. Possess excellent design creative and positive attitude with a first-class eye for design details.10. Work with speed and meet deadlines.
