1. Architect. (Design Team) 2-5 years exp

The responsibility and role of the Architect shall be as follows.

i. Understand the project and develop design options as per the relevant DCR. Should be able to formulate the design and present for discussion.

ii. Prepare and develop required drawings, as necessary to convey the design intent.

iii. Co-ordinate with consultants of the project as required to arrive to an integrated design.

iv. Prepare the working drawings of the project.
