The responsibility and role of the 3D Visualizer could include any of the below, for projects at different stages of its cycle:

1. Understand the project and develop views options on sketch, as applicable.

2. Ability to fully understand and follow oral and written instructions.

3. Should be able to develop the views and present for review & discussion.

4. Modeling Texturing & Lighting the Exterior & Interior

5. Making & finalizing PSD for both Exterior and interior view

6. Preparing 2D floor plan presentations, layout presentations, Presentation Formats

7. Enhancing images and adding special effects.

8. Creating 3D walk-through, fly-through and 360° Panorama in artistic fields.

9. Possess excellent design creative and positive attitude with a first-class eye for design details.

10. Work with speed and meet deadlines.
