Design Architect

The responsibility and role of the Architect could include any of the below, for projects at different stages of its cycle:

i. Understand the project and develop design options. Should also have understanding of the DCR, as applicable.

ii. Should be able to formulate the design and present for review & discussion.

iii. Prepare and develop required drawings, as necessary to convey the design intent.

iv. Co-ordinate with different consultants as required to arrive to an integrated design.

v. Prepare the working drawings of the project.

a. Auto Cad

b. Photoshop

c. Word

d. Excel

e. Power-point

f. Outlook

g. Autodesk REVIT/Sketch Up/ Blender/ any other modeling software.
