Job description - HR Internship Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through variouschannels such as online job boards, social media platforms, and universitycareer centers. Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates based onpredefined criteria and job requirements. Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates to assess theirqualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and otherstakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicanttracking system (ATS) and other HR databases. Support the coordination of recruitment events, including job fairs, campusrecruitment drives, and networking sessions. Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and job advertisements toattract a diverse pool of candidates. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selectedcandidates. Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategiesand initiatives. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitmentprocesses and practices.
