Job description - HR Internship
Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various
channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, and university
career centers.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates based on
predefined criteria and job requirements.
Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates to assess their
qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other
stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant
tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
Support the coordination of recruitment events, including job fairs, campus
recruitment drives, and networking sessions.
Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and job advertisements to
attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected
candidates.
Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
and initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment
processes and practices.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information at all times.
