Location: Field-based (Talukas- Sangamner, Kopargaon, Walki, Narayangaon, Ahilyanagar)Key Responsibilities Sales&Growth:o Achievesales targets for Gramiks agri-input products (seeds, fertilizers,pesticides, bio-products, cattle feed).o Drivemonthlyandseasonal sales planning and execution at the Taluka anddistrict level.o Analyzesales trends and suggest data-driven strategies for improvement. MarketDevelopment:o Identify high-potential areas for expansion in both Pune and Ahilyanagar districtof Maharashtra.o Developchannel partnerships with retailers, FPOs, and cooperatives. Operations&Coordination:o Workclosely with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely delivery ofagri-inputs.o Coordinatewith marketing, product, and tech teams to align on fieldrequirements.o Ensureregular field reporting, CRM updates, and MIS tracking.Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Rural Management. Strongnetwork among farmers, retailers, and local influencers in Pune and Ahilyanagardistrict of Maharashtra. Willingness to travel extensively across districts and remote villages
