The company serves Indian OEMs and Tier 1 auto component manufacturers with a focus on quality, responsiveness, and long-term customer partnerships. Role Purpose The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing business with OEM and Tier 1 customers in the Western Zone. The role requires strong customer relationship management, business development capability, commercial understanding, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage key OEM and Tier 1 customer accounts in the Western Zone. Develop new business opportunities and support RFQ conversion. Assist in commercial discussions including pricing, negotiation, and business finalization. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high responsiveness. Coordinate with internal teams such as production, quality, engineering, and supply chain. Track customer requirements, order status, delivery commitments, and issue resolution. Support new program development, regular reviews, and business expansion plans. Prepare sales forecasts and account updates. Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in automotive sheet metal or sub-assembly business. Good exposure to OEM and Tier 1 customers, especially in the Western Zone. Strong understanding of automotive customer handling and business development. Experience in quotation follow-up.
