Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new retailers, rural entrepreneurs, and channel partners.
Promote Gramik's products and services in assigned territories.
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
Conduct regular market visits and field activities.
Educate customers about product benefits and ongoing offers.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely order collection, fulfillment coordination, and payment follow-up.
Update daily sales activities through the company's CRM/mobile application.
Support local marketing and promotional campaigns.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Agriculture background is not mandatory.
0-5 years of experience in field sales, distribution, FMCG, telecom, fintech,
insurance, microfinance, or related sectors.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.
Ownership of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
