Welfare Officer (1-3 Years) - Female Candidates Preferred

Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRIS data.

Support payroll inputs, performance management, and training coordination.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Address employee grievances and promote healthy employee relations.

Plan and implement employee welfare programs, engagement activities, and awareness initiatives.

Coordinate canteen, transport, accommodation, medical check-ups, and other welfare facilities, where applicable.

Liaise with contractors and ensure compliance with labour welfare and statutory provisions.

Support safety, health, and compliance initiatives in coordination with EHS and plant teams.

Prepare HR reports, maintain statutory registers, and assist during audits and inspections.

Organize employee events, recognition programs, and CSR or welfare activities.

Perform any other HR and employee welfare responsibilities assigned by management.
