Job Description

Setup & Operation: Set up, program, and operate laser welding equipment; adjust power, pulse, speed, and shield gas settings.

Preparation: Align and secure parts using fixtures and clamps based on blueprints and technical specifications.

Quality Control: Inspect finished welds using gauges and calipers to check for depth, alignment, and defects such as porosity and cracks.

Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine cleaning of laser optics and follow Class 4 laser safety standards and required protective measures.
