Job Title: Commissioning Engineer Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)Department: Operations & MaintenanceLocation: Anywhere in India Job Purpose:To ensure smooth commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), ensuring treated water meets environmental standards. The role involves on-site coordination, chemical handling, troubleshooting, and client interaction for successful handover and continued performance.Key Responsibilities:1.. Commissioning Activities:Conduct pre-commissioning checks, flushing, testing, and trial runs.Execute system start-up, monitor parameters, and stabilize operations.2. Operational Management:Operate the plant as per standard procedures and ensure compliance with environmental norms.Record daily operational parameters like flow, pH, COD, BOD, TSS, etc.Maintain chemical dosing systems and ensure chemical stock levels.3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical/electrical/chemical systems.Identify and resolve operational issues and report major faults.Key Skills Required:Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes (physical, chemical, biological).Familiarity with lab instruments and chemical analysis techniques.Hands-on experience in ETP start-up, troubleshooting, and O&M.Qualifications:Education: Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Environmental Science / Industrial Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related field.

Key Responsibilities:Business development and sales in the commercial, residential, institutional sectors. Responsible for attaining the order booking target for the specific region.Enquiry generation, assessment, should be able to independently handle customer interaction for technical and commercial negotiations.Liaison with customers ( builders/ architects/ consultants ) for positioning our products.Competition mapping.Building rapport with the key decision makers commercial and technical.Interested Candidates MustBe intellectually curious, able to independently form opinions with good attitude towards learningHave a strong passion towards environment and management of wasteHave strong interpersonal and communications skills with ability to interact with all levels of managementHave at least 3-5 years of experience in sales of water/waste water / sewage treatment systems in the sectors mentioned above.Have experience in negotiating commercial terms on their ownHave good network in the building/commercial sectors with Builders/consultants/architects.

Job Responsibilities- Water Treatment products sales and Service Engineer Water Treatment Plant Components sales Strong knowledge in water treatment products and ZLD plants To find potential area of sales and to create new customer base To meet the competent authorities or decision makers to generate prospective business and to follow the leads and convert into enquiry Installation, testing and troubleshooting knowledge is an added advantage Strong understandings on competitor products Perform maintenance and provide customer support Diagnose problems and come up with solutions Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services performed Build and maintain relationships with customers To follow up orders, Payments and Despatch To Maintain sales and payment reportQualifications BE / B Tech (Chemical, Environmental Science, Energy, Bio Chemistry, Bio Technology, Biomedical) with Water treatment plant components sales and service experience is highly preferred.
