Job Title: Commissioning Engineer Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)Department: Operations & MaintenanceLocation: Anywhere in India Job Purpose:To ensure smooth commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), ensuring treated water meets environmental standards. The role involves on-site coordination, chemical handling, troubleshooting, and client interaction for successful handover and continued performance.Key Responsibilities:1.. Commissioning Activities:Conduct pre-commissioning checks, flushing, testing, and trial runs.Execute system start-up, monitor parameters, and stabilize operations.2. Operational Management:Operate the plant as per standard procedures and ensure compliance with environmental norms.Record daily operational parameters like flow, pH, COD, BOD, TSS, etc.Maintain chemical dosing systems and ensure chemical stock levels.3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical/electrical/chemical systems.Identify and resolve operational issues and report major faults.Key Skills Required:Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes (physical, chemical, biological).Familiarity with lab instruments and chemical analysis techniques.Hands-on experience in ETP start-up, troubleshooting, and O&M.Qualifications:Education: Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Environmental Science / Industrial Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related field.

Experience Required : 5 Years Educational Qualification : Diploma, B.E, B.Tech,M.Tech (Mechanical) M.B.A/PGDM, (Marketing ) Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the water and wastewater treatment industry (municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors).Generate inquiries and convert them into profitable projects through effective proposal management, client negotiations, and closing.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with government bodies, industrial clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and other key stakeholders.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys presence in assigned regions or market segments.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with the technical, proposals, and execution teams to prepare effective solutions, technical proposals, and commercial offers.Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote company services and enhance market visibility.Regularly report on sales pipeline, forecast, market intelligence, and business development initiatives to senior management.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of water treatment, wastewater treatment, effluent treatment plants (ETP), sewage treatment plants (STP), zero liquid discharge (ZLD), reverse osmosis (RO), and related systems.Proven ability to drive business growth and manage complex sales cycles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze market dynamics and develop effective growth strategies.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
