We are seeking a Surface Treatment Plant Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience and a background in B.Sc or B.E. This role primarily focuses on the operation and maintenance of surface treatment plants.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Plant Operation:** Oversee daily operations of the surface treatment plant to ensure efficient functioning and compliance with safety standards.- **Maintenance Management:** Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure consistent production quality.- **Quality Control:** Monitor the surface treatment processes to maintain quality standards, including analyzing samples and adjusting processes as necessary.- **Process Optimization:** Identify and implement improvements to surface treatment processes aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing waste.- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and quality testing results for compliance and future reference.- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other engineers and staff to coordinate tasks and share best practices for operational excellence.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge in surface treatment processes and relevant machinery.
