Water Treatment Plant Job Vacancies in Pune

Candidate is expected to operate water treatment plants like RO, Softener and Effluent treatment plants. ON/OFF of the plant, preparing various chemical solutions, arresting minor leakages, housekeeping, minor repairs, log sheet filling, prompt reporting to supervisor or customer.

As an STP Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing the Sewage Treatment Plant operations. Your work will ensure the effective treatment of waste water, contributing to a cleaner environment.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the Treatment Process: Regularly observe the sewage treatment process to ensure it operates smoothly and meets quality standards.- Control Operations: Operate and control machinery used in the treatment of sewage, ensuring all equipment runs efficiently.- Conduct Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.- Record Data: Keep detailed records of water quality tests and operational data, helping track performance and identify areas for improvement.- Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.Required Skills and Expectations:- Technical Knowledge: You should have a strong understanding of sewage treatment processes and related equipment, which can be gained from your I.T.I. education.- Attention to Detail: You must be able to observe subtle changes in operations and data, helping to troubleshoot potential issues.- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify problems quickly and develop effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.- Teamwork: You will need to work well with other team members, communicating effectively to ensure the plant runs smoothly.- Physical Stamina: The role requires some physical labor, so a good level of fitness and the ability to work in various conditions is important.

plant operator oversees the operation of an industrial plant, ensuring smooth and safe production processes. They monitor equipment, maintain facilities, and may be responsible for production planning and quality control. Role- Installation and commissioning of water treatment plants* On site installation and commissioning of ETP/STP/RO or any other water treatment plant* Site inspection for installation of WTPs* Piping S.S, M.S, UPVC, PVC, P.P, HDPE* Understand and execute the civil drawings and work as per drawings* Understand and execute plant layout as per the process flow diagrams* Estimate material quantity for BOQ as per site condition and drawings* Planning work at site* Client interaction as & when needed* Familiar in Commissioning and troubleshooting of All type WTP and WWTP* Operating and fine tuning the operation parameters of WTP And WWTP* Follow site protocols* Coordinate with the QA/QC team in all quality related aspects* Maintain the Quality Documents* Daily reporting to the ManagerCritical Competencies for the Job Functional:* Technically sound knowledge of engineering & water treatment plants* Perfect understanding of drawings & process flow diagrams* Should act as a good team leader for all site activities* Should be able to handle the Customer on site* Should be able to understand, communicate and resolve the problems to ensure timely delivery of the job* Documentation* Qualification : DME/DEE or BE Electrical/ BE Mechanical/BE CivilContact Person- Deepak- 7757087059ID- deepak.vijayamgmt@gmail.com
