Lead and manage procurement of aluminum profiles, hardware, glass, sealants, gaskets, and related faade materials.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements and BOQs.Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with vendors.Track market trends to identify and source cost-effective and high-quality materials.Evaluate and finalize vendor selection based on quality, reliability, and compliance.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project and store teams for material planning.Ensure adherence to procurement budgets and cost-control strategies.Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure material specifications are met.Handle import documentation and ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements if needed.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.Generate weekly/monthly purchase reports for management review.Key Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
