Perform annual market cost analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Assess market demand and strategically place company vehicles at approved rates. Coordinate with management to arrange indents from vendors/customers, ensuring timely communication within the team. Provide detailed briefings on company SOPs to brokers/transporters prior to vehicle placement. Handle branch-related issues related to vehicle placement, manual document updating, POD collection, and vehicle availability reporting.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Proven experience in operations management, problem-solving, or related roles. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
