Key Responsibilities:- Ticket Booking: Assist passengers in booking flight tickets using airline reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.- Customer Service: Provide excellent service by answering inquiries about flights, pricing, schedules, and other travel-related concerns to ensure a positive experience for all travelers.- Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process by providing information on baggage policies and boarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition from ground to air travel.- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to bookings or cancellations, coordinating with airlines when necessary to facilitate swift solutions.- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Attention to detail is important for managing bookings accurately. Basic knowledge of computer operations and booking systems will be advantageous but is not required for entry-level applicants. Passenger Service: Welcoming passengers, checking in luggage, issuing boarding passes, verifying identification (passports), and guiding passengers to boarding gates.Special Assistance: Assisting elderly, disabled, or unaccompanied minors, and providing VIP service.Baggage Management: Tagging luggage, ensuring proper loading/unloading, and addressing lost or damaged luggage complaints.Flight Operations Support: Communicating with flight crews, cleaning cabins, restocking refreshments, and managing boarding procedures.Safety & Security: Enforcing security protocols, checking for restricted items, and complying with aviation regulations.Ramp Services (if applicable): Marshalling aircraft to parking bays and coordinating with ground engineers for loading.
