Air Ticketing Executive Responsibilities:- Handling ticket bookings for domestic and international flights- Providing customers with information on flight details, fares, and availability- Assisting customers with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds- Ensuring accuracy in ticketing information and invoicing- Communicating effectively with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions- Coordinating with airlines, travel agencies, and other partners to ensure smooth ticketing processes
