- Responsible for booking air tickets for customers based on their travel preferences and budget. This includes researching flight options, pricing, and availability to provide customers with the best options for their travel needs.- Assisting customers with inquiries related to flight schedules, ticket prices, baggage policies, and any other relevant information to help them make informed decisions about their travel plans.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, handling customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.- Coordinating with airlines, travel agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth booking processes, resolve booking discrepancies, and handle any issues that may arise during the booking or travel process.- Keeping up-to-date with airline policies, industry trends, and changes in travel regulations to provide accurate and reliable information to customers.Skills and Expectations:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and resolve any issues or concerns.- Strong attention to detail to accurately book tickets, confirm flight details, and ensure customer information is correct.- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and booking deadlines.- Basic computer skills to navigate booking systems, research flight options, and communicate with customers via email or phone.

Air Ticketing Executive Responsibilities:- Handling ticket bookings for domestic and international flights- Providing customers with information on flight details, fares, and availability- Assisting customers with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds- Ensuring accuracy in ticketing information and invoicing- Communicating effectively with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions- Coordinating with airlines, travel agencies, and other partners to ensure smooth ticketing processes
