TELECALLER- outbound calls for DMAT account openingThis is a target driven role. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. Asking inquiries to interact with customers and keep up the conversation. Listening to the customers and to generate sales. Gathering and documenting client info, payment ways, purchases, and reactions to products. Keeping updated on all products and informing customers of recent products. Answering customers' queries on the product. Meeting sales quotas.Telesales Representative Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Creative thinking skills. The patience and skill to interact with customers. Good sales ability. Working data of relevant pc software systems. Excellent social skills. The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.Work exp: upto 1-2 yearsNISM Certificate would be added advantageInterviews will be conducted F2F.Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Role & responsibilities for Digital Acquisition Tele caller- inbound calls- DMAT/Trading account To connect with the prospects / clients via Online leads and convert the same to customer Connect and follow up on the leads assigned to generate client acquisition and open the online Demat / trading account. Explain the product to client and solve any quires for opening the Demat Account Ensuring the process laid by business is followed for opening the account Update the data base / lead management system to ensure proper reporting of work Achieve the assigned targets for client acquisition Achieve margin targets interviews will be conducted F2F at vile parle office.Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
