Job Summary:The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales department, developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, team management, client interaction, and market analysis to achieve the company's sales objectives in the real estate sector. He need to travel to meet clients, visit properties, and attend industry events. Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet client demands and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the companys revenue and growth objectives.Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team.Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.Provide ongoing coaching, support, and professional development opportunities to the sales team.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents and stakeholders.Oversee the negotiation and closing of major sales deals.Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly.Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient sales processes.Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.Provide input on promotional materials and advertising strategies.Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.Monitor and analyze sales expenses and revenue to optimize profitability.Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.Stay updated on real estate industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:8+ years of total software/IT engineering/code development and client interaction experience. Out of this at least 1+ in the relevant technologiesExperience building public Web Services such as REST, SOAPExperience in building code in .NET MVC and .NET Core bothExpertise in most of the following Web API, ASP.NET core, C#, ASP.NET Framework, Web Services, Angular JS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SOAP, REST, jQueryKentico CMS knowledge is an added advantageShould ensure proper development and high-quality technical solutions to the business requirements of clientsKnowledge of Angular/ ReactJS/ Vue.js is an added advantageShould have the experience of Agile development methodologiesShould know the Clean Design, Clean Code, Secure Coding Standards, Best development practices and principles like SOLID, DRY, WET etc.Responsible for leading scrum teams from Architecture, Design, Development and QA perspectiveGood knowledge of GIT and other version controlsShould be able to prepare multiple solution design options and give recommendationsGood communication skills
