Job Description: Accountant with Builder/Real Estate Accounting KnowledgePosition Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with a strong background in Builder/Real Estate accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial analysis, and reporting within the real estate or construction industry. This role will involve assisting in various accounting and financial tasks to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations within our organization.Experience:3-4 yearsQualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate Previous experience in real estate accounting, preferably within the construction or development sector. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to Independently handle Accounts of Construction Company Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication skills to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations in the real estate industry.Salary : Rs 20000-30000 per monthLocation: Khopoli
