Urgent Requirement For Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for handling billing and day-to-day accounting-related activities at the sales counter. The candidate will work closely with the Partner and be responsible for accurately understanding customer orders and preparing the required bills and challans.

Key Responsibilities

• Sit at the sales counter and coordinate directly with the Partner and customers.

• Understand customer orders accurately and prepare bills accordingly.

• Prepare retail sales bills and challans using Tally.

• Use Tally / Advanced Tally for billing and accounting-related work.

• Ensure all bills are accurate and properly entered into the system.

• Print and hand over the completed bill/challan to the customer.

• Coordinate with the Partner regarding orders, billing, and customer requirements.

• Maintain proper records of daily sales bills and challans.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all billing activities.

• Handle basic customer queries related to billing and invoices.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally and Advanced Tally.

• Strong understanding of retail billing and challan preparation.

• Basic knowledge of accounting and sales transactions.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

• Ability to work independently at the sales counter.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, alert, accurate, and comfortable dealing with customers, while efficiently handling billing and Tally operations at the sales counter.
