Role & responsibilitiesMonitoring and supervising warehouse inward operations on the daily basis.Responsible for warehouse inward material issues from time to time with the in-house team.Supervising the activities of warehouse such as rearranging and relocating the inward materials.Monitoring and supervising garments inward materials in the warehouse are segregated and relocated from time to time.Conducting random audit in the warehouse for monitoring and supervising the inward, as well as resolving the issues on time.Monitoring the refilling arrangements of material racks in the warehouse.Improving the accuracy level of binning material in the warehouse.Verifying the daily pre-inventory in the warehouse.Monitoring and supervising housekeeping employee and cleanliness of the premises.Monitoring and planning dispatch of excess inventory to the warehouse.

Regular Activities:a. Ensure all indirect expenses are processed based on approval.b. Every variable purchase should be creating purchase ordersc. After receiving the bills, it should be verify based on PO and handed over the bills to accounts departmentd. Whichever stocks need to maintain, create a stock sheet and keep updatee. Improving and implementing cost cutting on each departmentf. Overall weekly & monthly expenses should be present to management with reports
