Job Description

Regular Activities:

a. Ensure all indirect expenses are processed based on approval.

b. Every variable purchase should be creating purchase orders

c. After receiving the bills, it should be verify based on PO and handed over the bills to accounts department

d. Whichever stocks need to maintain, create a stock sheet and keep update

e. Improving and implementing cost cutting on each department

f. Overall weekly & monthly expenses should be present to management with reports
