Your work will help ensure that products move efficiently from suppliers to customers.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in Inventory Management: Support tracking of inventory levels, making sure supplies are stored correctly and monitored for restocking.- Order Processing: Help in processing customer orders by verifying order details and ensuring timely delivery.- Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate data in supply chain management systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date.- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to follow up on order status and resolve any issues that may arise.- Logistics Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of shipments, including preparing shipping documents and tracking goods in transit.Required Skills and Expectations: To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills are necessary to work with suppliers and team members. Basic knowledge of supply chain processes is beneficial, along with familiarity with data entry tasks.
